I had a great experience at the Polynesian despite some ups and downs. The spaciousness of the suite was perfect for my family and the kitchen really came in handy. The service was exceptionally accommodating, especially after our earlier mishap. However, the Wi-Fi was frustratingly unreliable, and some areas of the hotel felt outdated. Overall, it was a decent stay with room for improvement.
